\u00a0 \u00a0 Project management board constitution and designation of involved staff<\/p>\n

4. Introduction to the Granny to Trendy project objectives<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

-O1:<\/strong> Pilot the 12 sewing sessions of the Granny to Trendy workshops in Zaragoza, Spain that have\u00a0been so successful in four Portuguese cities.<\/span><\/p>\n

–O2:<\/strong> Improve competence of trainers that are already involved in Adult education. (1 facilitator + 3\u00a0other trainers)<\/span><\/p>\n

–O3:<\/strong> Tackling adult women isolation and increase their well-being and active participation in society.<\/p>\n

–O4:<\/strong> Involve students and young designers in the Granny to Trendy workshops: intergenerational\u00a0exchange.<\/span><\/p>\n

–O5:<\/strong> Emphasize on the IMF and \u00abGranny to Trendy\u00bb circular and sustainable approach all activities.<\/p>\n

The activities contemplated are:<\/p>\n

– Management and Implementation activities<\/p>\n

– Pilot of \u00abGranny to Trendy\u00bb workshops with the established 5 phase methodology.<\/p>\n

The Phases will take place in two stages for their optimum implementation:<\/p>\n

Activities in Stage I:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1) Diagnosis of the needs<\/p>\n

2) Training of Monitors<\/p>\n

Activities in Stage II:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3) Selection + enrolling of the 10 participants<\/p>\n
